Perhaps I am wrong, I but thought toward the end of Wizard and Glass they listed the colors--as well as their corresponding animals--as they saw them on the gate to the Emerald City. I remember pink corresponded with horses, which was apt because of the events in Hambry. Did I just imagine this?

Nope, you did not. I think the gate had a representation of all of them but they didn't actually go through each.

I gave it a look and you are right. It mentions a couple of the colors, but not all of them. But I was very pleased to see that Marvel's End-World Almanac does have them all listed.
