"So many vows. They make you swear and swear. Defend the King, obey the King, obey your father, protect the innocent, defend the weak. But what if your father despises the King? What if the King massacres the innocent? It's too much. No matter what you do, you're forsaking one vow or another."
Still happy with my finely blued colt new service, in .45 acp/ auto rim with rosewood (just try to find sandal wood) Grips....
Now to find an engraver to give this insane project of engraving the whole thing......
Sounds like you would need the services of a good gunsmith......
My hard caliber ;>
Long days and pleasant nights.
Ahh, Bisley with the "birds head" grip... Sweet shooter I bet..
Never cared much for the bigger calibers with that grip profile. Have a Webley MKIV in .45 acp (yep shaved) that gives an "unpleasent" to some recoil sensation due to the shooters hand slipping up the grip when fired. I seem to have no issue, but every other shooter seems to dislike this "beast" due to that grip...
Have any issues with yours?
What Caliber is it in anyways?
Hey guys, can we take the general gun conversation here? This thread should really only be about the article in the first post.
Gracias.

Really? I'm intrigued, because I'd love a gun that looks similar to Roland's, and I've decided that the Colt Peacemaker is my interpretation. What gun did you get and where did you get it from?
Model 1872 Open Top Cartridge Conversion...Uberti Cimarron in 45lc is what I've always envisioned, and is that of Clint's in Good, Bad and Ugly.
