Thanks, John! I'll update the entry. That's a relatively large number, by the way. I thought it was one of the scarcer ones.

Finding one in collectible condition is the big problem. The black tends to flake off. I've got one that almost the entire spine is white.

Hey guys where can I get hold of a copy of The uncorrected proof UK edition and how much are they going for?

They turn up on eBay, ABE Books etc. sometimes but they're pretty scarce. Depending on condition, expect to pay between $100 and $250 (like John says, the black cover is extremely sensitive to wear & tear).
