Comments: The Scream Press editions included an additional story-"The Revelations of 'Becka Paulson," which did not appear in the trade hardback or mass market paperback. One of the most visually striking King books. Included was a fold out poster. Scream Press underestimated production costs and instead of making a name for themselves, went bankrupt.[COLOR=red]*[/COLOR] There are believed to be 25 unsigned Publisher Copies, some of which do not have any picture affixed to the side of the slipcase.
