The Lettered, Artist and Gift Editions all seem to have the same ISBN and release dates. Is this correct? It seems unlikely.

"Same ISBN for all three editions of these books. We're no longer assigning different ISBNs to Limited Editions and Lettered Editions unless we actually offer those editions to distributors and chain booksellers."
