Cemetery Dance have already announced they are creating one: https://www.cemeterydance.com/later-stephen-king.html

Sorry I forgot that was for the paperback edition.

I did some designs a while back that I was intending to pass on to Jeff...

    This one:

And one that matches the other slipcases:
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King

This is the text from the email explaining the reason for the extras and the loss of bonus jacket on these:

    Stephen King’s LATER
    Printer Overrun Discovered

The printer that produced our hardcover limited edition of Stephen King’s LATER has notified us that they printed an extra 450 copies. Originally thought destroyed, these extra copies have turned up in the printer’s warehouse, and we’ve decided to make them available by mail order to readers who would like one, on a first-come-first-served basis. We hope this gives some of the fans who missed out on the chance to get the hardcover edition of LATER the opportunity to get a copy now.

These copies are NOT signed or numbered, and they will come with only one dust jacket (the one for LATER itself) rather than two (these copies will NOT include the extra dust jacket for THE SECRET OF ROANOKE by Regis Thomas). In every other way, they are identical to the unsigned hardcover edition we shipped in March. In recognition of the absence of the second dust jacket, these overrun copies will be offered at the reduced price of $40.

Titan produced 26 lettered copies and 374 numbered copies of the signed limited edition of LATER by Stephen King.
Additionally, Titan initially produced 2,500 unsigned copies, but the printer produced an overrun of 450 extra copies. These 450 extra copies are NOT signed and will come WITHOUT the second, bonus dust jacket (for the book-within-a-book, “THE SECRET OF ROANOKE by Regis Thomas”) that came with the original hardcover editions.
The discounted price for these printer overrun copies is $40.00.

This is the final opportunity to pick up a limited edition hardback. Once this overrun stock sells out, there are no more units of stock for this limited edition book available.

    IMO No.

It's identical, so no way of determining whether it was from the original batch or not. I would see a sale of the book without the additional DJ as an incomplete set. Over time I foresee loss or damage to those additional DJ's meaning there probably be more than 450 incomplete sets. There may also be aftermarket sales of the second DJ on its own to people who want it from people who don't care.
