Black Boards with white pastedowns. Gold embossed lettering on spine. The dustjacket reverses the color scheme of the standard Trade Edition, having an orange front with black lettering. The book differs from the First edition trade in that the DVD of “N” is in a special “envelope” bound into the back. King initially considered “Pocket Rockets”, “Unnatural Acts of Human Intercourse”, and “Just Past Sunset” (perhaps thought to be too similar to “Four Past Midnight”).
