I own two copies of each SL DTI and SL DTII audio tapes.

I do consider these fairly rare as I believe a number of owners (or family) did not realize what they had as time went by and they got tossed along with such things a 8 track tapes, lazer discs, pagers and other media that was not carried forward.
Resale has remained reasonably high as they do not come up often and nice sets are very desirable. They are also one of the rare items that can occasionally be found at a bargain price if you search tirelessly through enough old thrift and bargain book stores. It does not happen often; however I know of 3 people that over the years found 1 or a couple which they were able to get at super bargain prices. One of the shrink-wrapped sets I own was purchased at a price one would pay for any old cassette tape set as it was sealed and the seller had no idea or interest that there was such a thing as a signed edition. He was just selling old cassette tapes he had acquired for resale.
