Comments: 15 lettered copies: A to O, indicated as for private distribution. These copies in all other regards were identical to the numbered copies. Special Note: The face and spine picture of this book are from noted collector Bob Jackson. His copy was in better shape than mine. The signature sheet and slipcase pictures are from my copy.
