Can someone confirm that these 25 AE editions are signed by King. The only confirmation of King's signature is on the 1/52 Lettered Edition so far.

Wasn't a pic of the sig page posted by CD? Shouldn't that be depicted here?

Edit: I'd also be keen to see a TOC. I didn't notice one listed at CD. Did I miss it? Should that be in the catalog as well? Just asking is all.
