Any interest in having proofs included? I would love it but I don't know if there is enough interest to justify the work involved. It's easy for me to suggest ideas that don't cost me a whole lot of effort. Thanks for the effort already put in, though.

Of course I wouldn't mind the proofs. I have many, but not all, of them, and would like to at least see the ones I don't have.
