Comments: One of two collaborations between Stephen King and Peter Straub. This book was also published in a Presentation state of 70 copies, which was Signed by King and Straub as well as by all 10 contributing artists. These were not offered for sale.
A "trade edition" of 1,200 copies bound in gray cloth, not numbered or signed, issue price $65 was also produced.
