It really is a superior piece of work.
Whoever conceived of and wrote the software is brilliant.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
My designation is split between two email addresses (stupid PayPal). But it is still a beautiful sight to behold!
Hey Peter. Either I missed it, or forgot. But it still deserves a congrats. That lettered is awesome.

Maybe this has been discussed already but in case not, there's a movie about Shirley Jackson on Hulu and she's played by Elisabeth Moss. I haven't watched it yet but it's in "my stuff". Not sure how accurate it is or anything but it might interest some folks here since Suntup is bringing the Jackson heat!
I enjoyed it. It’s not biographical, but it has true elements in it, I think. I understand that it’s a movie based on a book that is a fictional telling of Shirley Jackson and her writing process. It was enough to get my wife interested in reading The Lottery.
How much would you guys say the Horns portfolio and Horns paperweight is worth? Thanks.

I received my 1984 proof last night.
Author of The Road to the Dark Tower, Stephen King: A Complete Exploration of His Work, Life, and Influences and The Dark Tower Companion. Co-editor with Stephen King of the anthology Flight or Fright.
I think it was that in this thread someone had suggested reading Replay by Ken Grimwood. I just finished it and all I can say is wow. What a great fun read. I can’t tell you the last time I enjoyed a book that much. Not once did it feel like a drag or a lull in the story. Whoever suggested it thanks I would have never heard of it if it wasn’t for this thread. Neuromancer on the other hand..... lol. I tried I just couldn’t finish. Maybe I’ll pick it back up later... it just wasn’t for me
It's an amazing book. I read it every couple years.

if Let The Right One In is the next book it'll be cool if they added the epilogue story Let The Old Dreams Die as well as a nice bonus
