Seems your publication date & ISBN# are incorrect. The proof, 1st edition & Signed limited all show ISBN as 0-88733-018-5

They are probably both correct. One is the ISBN 13, and the other is the ISBN 10.
I don't know where that 978-0-88733-017-9 # came from... It is not in any of my copies.
This is what is printed in the books.
I'm sure we'll get it corrected. Thanks for definitive information.
Note the signature page lists the title as "UNDER COVER OF DARKNESS"
The proof is Kingdom of Fear.
Also the Signed limited did come with a slipcase.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
also...
My Signed copy has the same two ISBN numbers on the Copyright page, but the DJ only shows the trade ISBN and the $25 price. Is yours the same Bruce? Mine was still sealed from the publisher, so I don't think it has been swapped.
Can you confirm a source for the price of the Signed version?

Yes both the signed & 1st edition have the same dust jacket with just one ISBN but inside they have both listed.
I don't know what the S/L price was. What is the # of your book ? I find it strange that they would just tape that letter to the slipcase. That looks like something they would do on a PC copy?
