They are probably both correct. One is the ISBN 13, and the other is the ISBN 10.
I don't know where that 978-0-88733-017-9 # came from... It is not in any of my copies.
This is what is printed in the books.

Note the signature page lists the title as "UNDER COVER OF DARKNESS"
The proof is Kingdom of Fear.
Also the Signed limited did come with a slipcase.
Under Cover of Darkness was the original title. Not sure how the proof had the right one though!

My Signed copy has the same two ISBN numbers on the Copyright page, but the DJ only shows the trade ISBN and the $25 price. Is yours the same Bruce? Mine was still sealed from the publisher, so I don't think it has been swapped.
Can you confirm a source for the price of the Signed version?

Yes both the signed & 1st edition have the same dust jacket with just one ISBN but inside they have both listed.
I don't know what the S/L price was. What is the # of your book ?
