I think, I may be wrong though with all these books that have come out this year, that CD offered this for sale a while back, I believe I have one on order...but then again i might not either !

Same here, ordered the facsimile version through Cemetery Dance back in late June

I must have missed the announcement.

I will wait a few weeks/months before I buy this as I always get these H&S "Collectors Editions" for around 25% of the issue price.

For me, facsimile signatures don't justify the price on these. I'll wait, too.
