    Sure, but now everyone is more used to Batman as the Dark Knight, and this probably feels very silly now. I love it for what it is, of course.

    This is one of the reasons Batman is my favorite superhero in pop culture. From the camp of the 60's to the grounded in reality version of the Nolanverse, Batman has been a lot of different things to a lot of different generations.
