Three UK variants:
- Trade 1/1, dark blue boards, with quote on the spine
- Independent Book Shop edition, with light blue boards, and a different spine quote
- WH Smith edition, with purple-toned dustjacket, purple boards, and a third variant of the spine quote.
There are also two variants of the TPB edition, also marked as first printings: a blue cover, same as the UK HC 1/1, and a purple-toned variant, same as the WH Smith UK HC.
