eBay - but BIN....
Does anyone have a Ready Player One arc that they would be willing to part with?
If so please PM me.
Unfortunately they seem pretty hard to find at the moment - and when you do find them, they are expensive. A signed proof went for 340 the other day.
I have both states of the proof, however I am not selling at this point.
That's some signature huh?

These will probably be signed on a tipped in page
Just wanted to add it doesn't have to be signed.

Oh my! So after seeing a picture of RP1 somewhere on TDT and this thread in particular, I picked up a copy and read it in 3 days. Just finished it a few minutes ago actually.
Absolutely loved it! If anyone has a 1/1 for sale, let me know. I don't know how I missed this book.
For me, it was a wonderful trip down memory lane, a powerful statement about perseverance, a touching love story, and a great lesson about getting out more and experiencing life outside of technology. Oh, and of course, a fitting tribute to 80's pop culture.
Sorry Chad

I hope my travels are bringing me through your neck of the woods, and that you can make it to one of the events listed above. If not, I’ll be making an appearance at San Diego Comic-Con next month, too. More on that soon!
I am actually looking for someone who is willing to trade an ARC of Ready Player One (fine Condition) for a signed copy of Finder's Keepers (from the Maine Event).
PM me if interested.
***I will also throw in a signed hardcover copy of Ready Player One (not a first printing)***
check out ernie's website - you can download his spoken word album - with many of his poetry slams from the Importance of being Ernest:

the rest of the site is fun to go through as well - especially his bio
You can get Armada signed or personalized from BookPeople for $26.

Thanks for the link Brian. I had ordered one from B&N but may go this route instead as I like inscribed books.
So, those who have an Armada ARC, had anyone read it yet? If so, is it good?
Finally managed to find a 1/1 Ready Player One today. Now just need to get it signed.
If anyone's looking for one, a couple signed 1sts are on Abe. Not cheap.

also read this book recently, as a teenager in the early 80's this was a real blast! Highly recommended read.
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
wow heck of a preorder day
I'm a sucker... I got both...
