Decided to do a re watch of the entire series after last night. Already on season 2 The Christmas Invasion with my Doctor The Tenth. And, Alons-y!
If you love me then love me..
Considering that's all I own, yes.

I assume everyone has also watched Peter Davison's The Five-ish Doctors Reboot? It's hilarious, chock full of cameos. My wife and I laughed our butts off. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01m3kfy

All this new information is a great excuse to go back to "The End of Time" and re-watch the last several series. The Doctor doesn't consciously remember all that happened in the anniversary episode, (and did not see everything that happened anyway before returning to this point) but keep in mind that he has known all along that that is supposed to be/to have been his final regeneration.
Why, sure: when I said "all this new information," things that we learned in "Day" was about 98% of what I meant. Counting the meta-crisis doesn't surprise me; only bit I wasn't sure of was whether Moffat took it seriously, too. But it seems the "Waters of Mars" theme about fixing time carries over as well.
Wow. And considering this is fan-made and it's actually even better than what we got, double wow.

So I was doing a bit of history work on the show, not so much on the doctors and how many regenerations, but more on the sonic screwdriver. It started to spark in my head after seeing 10 & 11 point there screw drivers at Hurt and the comment he made about why were they pointing thr screwdrivers at him like they were weapons. And seeing all 3 with screwdrivers in the tower, I remembered reading why the writers originally took the sonic screwdriver out of the series. -> wiki " The sonic screwdriver was first introduced in 1968, and was used regularly throughout the Second Doctor's tenure. It became less prominent from the beginning of the Third Doctor's tenure until 1977. It was written out of the series in 1982 due to the limitations it caused when writing for the show. It then featured briefly in the 1996 Doctor Who TV Movie, before making a full return in the 2005 continuation of the series."
"Limitations" being they didn't want the Doctor to have all of his solutions being solved by or with the screwdriver. What had been running around in my head is, did the fear the writers originally had about the screwdriver come true? The sonic screwdriver seems to be used quite often in each episode. Now my personal question, do I care. Actually, not really, the tardis and the sonic screwdriver is the Doctors trademark items. Not the fez, bowtie, or sandshoes. I think what would have been interesting is if they would have switched up devices. Instead of a "screwdriver", the next doctor has a sonic "wrench". I know they have introduced other devices, but only for an episode generally. Like k9, meaning a longer term device. Any thoughts?
i finally got to see an actual physical copy of this

From witnessing the genesis of the Daleks to preventing the death of the universe at Logopolis, the Fourth Doctor was an adventurer on an epic scale. Armed with a gleeful smile, swashbuckling charm and righteous morality, he defeated Sontarans, ancient vampires and the Black Guardian. It was this incarnation of the Doctor that found and reassembled the Key to Time, that tried to reason with Davros at the birth of the Daleks, and was invested as Lord President of the High Council of Time Lords. Always selfless, his fourth body died saving the universe from the Master. But that moment had been prepared for...
