Sure, sure... but is there still any way to put off just saying the thirteenth?

i'm guessing because John Hurt's doctor was there
I'm glad that they closed the circle again. Lots to love, in fact. Things I heard might happen, did, plus more good stuff. And about every moment was just great fun to watch.
WOW....just WOW...it's like when you see a really good movie and want to watch it over and over again...I will have to watch it again later when son gets home tomorrow...only got one question though...Spoiler:

Just got back from town and seeing it on the big screen. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Like Mike said, my expectations were incredibly high - especially after the excellent Night of the Doctor minisode and even the audio special The Light at the End - but this special really exceeded them. I loved how it was really two major stories - not just the story of the Doctor facing his past, but very cleverly, with John Hurt's incarnation being shown his future and learning how to be the Doctor again.
Spoiler:
Watching it again right now. Just so much to take in. So, so brilliant.

i'm currently towards the end of The Dead Planet serial
First chance I have had to watch it. I will give all of you my thoughts when I am done. Until then, Alons-y!
If you love me then love me..
I LOVED every minute of the 50th. How they covered the time war and what he did, how the doctors came together and changed the outcome. Yet because of something I can't remember both Hurt and Tennant will forget what they did and according to them the time war ended the way they thought. Plus they didn't say to the viewer, hey remember everything you learned about the time war since 2005? Yeah that no longer counts.
My only complaint was how they dealt with the bad guys by just lea I g them there to work out their differences. I wonder if it will be carried over to the Christmas special or to next season?
since there have been a lot of debate as to how many times the doctor has regenerated and Moffat saying that we have miscounted...i looked back and researched it a bit and there are two theories out there.
1. When #2 was changed into #3 he was exiled to earth and the time lords forced a regeneration and rebooted him to 12 more.
2. When #2 was changed into #3 he was exiled to earth and the time lords forced a face change but not a regeneration and he still has his normal amount of regenerations left. Meaning that 2 and 3 are the same incarnation just a facial change and not a regeneration.

That was simply amazing. There is no other word I can say other than epic. The story, the cameos, another story with my Doctor. I am going to watch it again. It was so fantastic!
