I agreed with feev that I'd watch it as soon as he's watched more Who, and I'm a man of my word. Hell, I had the Brazil dvd from Lovefilm for several weeks before I had to return it unwatched to check out one of Heather's recommendations. Till feev makes good on his deal, plenty of other great films to watch before then, as you can see from my list.
