Now I know what it feels like for some of you guys. Anytime I read about this story, I think of Shooter from Secret Window, Secret Garden.
Similarly, every now and then I get an email saying, "You know, I was just reading Dolan's Cadillac and I couldn't stop thinking about you!" Ha!
I was at a Jim's Restaurant the other day and ordered some hot chocolate....
my cup came like this - it kind of reminded me of the "eye", and i thought it was kind of neat, so i took a cell phone pic of it...
RUN!

I wasn't sure where to post this and this thread seems as good as any. Buried way down at the bottom on the last page of MYSTERY SCENE magazine, issue #30, July/August 1991 is this letter from King to Barry Levin. I had always taken the "bootleg" tag to the German limited editions of ES and NEBEL with a grain of salt. This is the first time I have heard King himself address the issue. I found this pretty interesting.
Very, very interesting!
John
Interesting indeed. Either King is a poor speller, or the editor was asleep at their desk.
Interesting site and information.

Not surprising. He seems to usually write almost from a stream of conscience. It's more productive to keep typing the story, and worry about (someone else does the job now), the spelling.
Just for the heck of it.

That is too funny, Jerome!!!
And heck, I think I'd act that way too !!!
