Never Read
I was very impressed by this story. There's something quite haunting about it.
Gave it a 4.
Same here.
Ditto. Although I am really looking forward to Frank Darabont's film adaptation. If he ever does it, that is.

I've never read it.

This is another 5 for me, which makes 2 5's in this section - but I can't help that.
Great, great book this!
I gave this one a 4 also. It was a great read but not his greatest work. I WILL say it is his best Bachman work though. I haven't read Roadwork through yet.
Margaret Emmie Mackey Catoe, you are, have been, and always will be my soulmate, and I love you.

According to me, the Bachman books are the best King has written and this one is my #1 favourite if we exclude the DT series. So definitely a big 5 and this is the winner of this selection for me.
definitely a "5"

When one is in agreement with bears one is always correct. (mae)
bears are back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely a 5 for me. Hands down one of Kings best books, and one of my all time favorite stories. There's just so much in there.
Only the gentle are ever really strong.

I would have to wholeheartedly agree...at least early Bachman. I really loved The Regulators.
