I will nominate the beautiful romantic musical that launched Catherine Deneuve's career. My mother made we watch this at a young age and I loved it. The trailer showcases the use of color in this gorgeous cinematography.

Harryhausen, cowboys, and an allosaurus. This was one of the first films I ever saw as a tyke, and it was gold for a kid who thought dinosaurs were the neatest things in the world.
There's another Harryhausen that I'm waiting for that I'd gladly second.
