Some slipcases can also be carefully worked to allow for a little added space. I believe it's even been suggested to place a slightly thicker book into a slipcase to stretch it a bit.
You don't know my kind.....You don't my mind.....Dark necessities are part of my design.....
Suddenly, I have a doubt : "A Face in the Crowd", written by Stewart O'Nan : it hasn't been collected anywhere?

Well, I meant that it wasnt collected in any KING book / collections.
So, in that case, as Bev said, it wasn't. Yet. Is that correct?
Otherwise I didn't know that anthology, thanks ari!

What was the cover on the Plume Gunslinger trade PB that was pulled, and thus is sought after?
Cool.
I think I snagged one.
That's correct, Alan. You sold it to me. The pic is from the Catalog. I used to own two or three other copies (sold them all long ago). This version of the PB is sometimes considered an ARC. Some copies came with a publisher's letter as well. It's not extremely rare but not super easy to find either. The DT logo that is used on this version is the same as on the audiobook cassette tapes I think.
I'm curious for people's thoughts on the GBB S/L
It has a low limitation, is a legit S/L, and is pretty unique. Yet no one seems to want it. There's a couple on Bett's(including mine)that haven't sold. It's not about that, if it doesn't sell I'll take it back and be happy. Are people not interested because it's a small book? Because it's almost TOO big? (that's what she said)
Just wondering....
Just to add, I actually liked the design. I know some people had issues because of the sheer height but I just stuck it on the top shelf and it looked good. I'm reprioritizing my collection and it's not one of my favorite books so I added to the sell pile but if it comes back to me I would keep it.
