With my wife's (somewhat begrudging) approval, got my order in yesterday with no issues. First King book that I've bought in quite awhile, guess I was a little burned out ... but this definitely got my blood running again. Which reminds me, I haven't posted to Collections since ( ... looking ... ) October 5, 2016, when I posted (somewhat coincidentally) my EOTD Rebound Lettered. I've got some catching up to do.
WANT LIST: Any SK #186; Dark Man Unbound 1st Proof; FDNS Unbound 1st Proof; FDNS Black Tape Spine Proof; FDNS Unbound Color Proof
Congrats to all who secured a copy already! My Fingers are also crossed for Monday
Paul - What time will the remaining copies go on sale on Monday?
I missed out on the free extras. Maybe Paul will still include them for his Dragon Rebound legacy customers.

Very happy to be part of Paul’s club for life very excited!!!!

HELP ME FIND
Insomnia #459
ANY S/L #459
I haven't bought a signed edition in probably three years. They've for the most part looked like regular books instead of what -- to me at least -- a limited edition should look like. Think Charnel House, Centipede, older Subterranean lettereds. I actually sold one of my guitars to pay for Misery, a beautiful white 97 Gibson Les Paul with an ebony fretboard.
It turns out I'll be taking a client of mine to the hospital for a check up. This means no internet access as the signal is blocked unless you're in the main lobby. I am to accompany her at all times because she has a disability and cannot be left alone.
So, this is bittersweet. I'm happy someone's publishing a limited edition that actually looks like one. I'm also a bit jelaous I won't be getting a shot at one. A gift edition will have to do.
I’d love a copy of this.
On the piste in France on Monday. Hopefully I can get access and try my best for one.
Congrats all.
I'm just going to paste a big 'A' right on top of my number.
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.
And the people bowed and prayed, to the cell phone god they made...
Now that I have secured the letter"N" & am only collecting King & say the next lettered book you print is by Joe Blow.... but the 3rd will be another King book. How do I go about passing on the Joe Blow book & keep the letter "N" for the King book & because I did not double dip on the Dragon portfolio I will have to line up Monday hoping to snag a numbered edition & if I do can I hold that # for just the numbered King books?
I wonder what's going to be left for the official Monday launch... I think the Lettereds are all spoken for pre-sale (and at least most from the DT community, which is wonderful), and (at least) almost half of the S/L's gone.
I will be 77 in just over 2 week & King is no spring chicken & you want me to buy a Lifetime Membership. To get books by authors I don't collect?
Monday sure feels like a long way away right now.
The uncertainty is excrutiating.

"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
