Definitely a U.K. proof. But there is something not quite right with the book. The first page after the cover should be the limitation page with the number but the one shown in the photographs is about seven pages in. Has the first seven pages been removed? I would ask questions before bidding.
Also, in the first photo are there loose pages sticking out from the book?

DRACULA
Octavo. Original tan cloth stamped in blue, gilt, and olive with a design of Dracula's mountaintop castle on the front cover, untrimmed. Housed in a red quarter morocco solander box made by the Chelsea Bindery. Binding somewhat stained and showing general signs of handling, inner joints cracked but quite firm, internally some soiling, a few leaves dog-eared. First American edition, published two years after the London edition. Presentation copy from the author, inscribed on the front free endpaper: "Lady Errington from Bram Stoker 31.05.08". Lady Errington (d. c. 1935) was the wife of Sir George Errington (1839-1920), MP and high sheriff successively of Tipperary and Wexford. Stoker was himself Irish, born in Clontarf, Dublin, and visited America repeatedly, especially between 1883 and 1904, when he toured the States with the Lyceum Theatre as Sir Henry Irving's business manager. Inscribed copies of the American first edition are decidedly uncommon. Dalby 10(b)

Are you sure? still says two available, one sold. Just checking you didnt buy one thinking it was two as he is showing both sides of the coin.
I bought one of these coins with the book from Hyraxia's recent sale. Paid $72 for both. Feeling quite good about that now...
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
