    Free shipping, but oh those handling charges...

    I'm still trying to decide how to package them. I could just slip them into a regular manilla envelope and hope for the best, or put them into Priority envelopes. Thoughts?

    If I'm getting one, a plain manila envelope is fine. Cheapest postage possible, and minimal handling charges.

    Whatever the actual mailing costs (including envelope), I'm happy to add $5 for your troubles.

    At the risk of offending everybody I will only say that I either totally agree, or totally disagree, or partly agree, or partly disagree, with Mr. King's views.
