I'm going through some old boxes and files, and I came across this. The pages are well worn and folded, because I used to carry them with me everywhere in case I ended up somewhere that might have one of the items on the checklist. I even have the original envelope, dated Sept 1, 1982.
King's office sent this to me in 1982 after I wrote a letter to King and expressed an interest in his bibliography. King responded directly via postcard, and his office sent me these pages under separate cover. I thought it might amuse.
Warning: the file is a 4 MB pdf. King bibliography.
