I can't even begin to tell you how much I'm enjoying the story. I'm already over halfway through with it, and normally I'm a very slow reader. But I'll wait till I'm done reading to post more.

I didn't know that was also a book - I wasn't too impressed with the film, even though it seemed like a good concept. Are you enjoying it?

It had nothing to do with the movie that came out with the same name. The only resemblance was that they both dealt with underground dwellers but that's about it.
The book was really good. It had a great plot with some surprise twists. Check it out if you haven't already.
There is another book by Jeff Long called Deeper that is a sequel to The Descent. I haven't had a chance to pick it up yet but it is on my list of books I plan on reading this year.
