Those first printing paperbacks of Firestarter are hard to find. They come in both the black and white covers, too.
I also have a white copy that has "From the author of The Dead Zone and Cujo" on the cover, but still has a number line starting with "1". It's the only one I've ever seen.

I asked Joe last night why there is so few UK NOS4R2 proofs and he seemed to think it is only because the Uk edition isn't released yet. Once it is there should be more hitting the market. That's what I was hoping to hear.
