Aw thanks for the nice comments guys. I plan on making a map of All-World when I finish my second re-read of the entire series. I've been doing little maps and notes on the way through.
It should be mega long horizontally, though and the compass points really are in drift so it wont have any true directions other than 'toward the tower'. Roland heads West to find the Beam, then heads west along the Beam but when he gets to the Calla, Mid-World is in the west and the Beam travels east.
Weird.
