Actually...I'm not a buyer for this, but as a collector I like that it's NOT in the Grant edition...sort of makes it really unique, as opposed to an "Artists Edition" of the existing Grant remarqued series...(somebody else had made this point before...).

I also think the fact that it's a Viking makes this an absolutely unique piece... a real must for a collector.

yeah... the other day, I first put in a top bid for 666.66, but for some reason the site didn't accept it. after a while, I put in another bid that was minimum above the existing bid.... and that was taken.$610. Less than some of the remarques that have been sold in the Grant editions.
then I forgot about it until it was too late..... otherwise you WOULD have paid more ha ha.

I have my Waste Lands remarques shelved together, my Whelan ones on another shelf (2 actually), Colorado KIds are together. I counted them once, I think I have over 40 remarques now.

I am thrilled to have won this remarque and to have the $$ go to the Haven Foundation. It will not appear on Betts site for sale. However, I have last night offered it to sai King himself. We'll see if he is interested.
