Ah, yes, thanks Spencer - for sure that better resembles Heath and honestly, is a better representation of the character ( the one I posted... his suit is too neat ).

Here is one of my favorite statues. It's a shame it was so expensive. If I remember right it was huge, More than 11 inches tall.

It looks ok, but I'm not so enamoured with the face. He should be gritting his teeth not frowning. Kinda like the look Hulk had in the recent movie right after he smacked a rocket between the two makeshift shields in the park scene.

The hands and body look GREAT. The face reminds me of the Kraken toy my brother had from the Clash of the Titans film from the '80s. You remember the one I'm talking about?

Mr Fixit!
Speaking of retro Hulk, a friend of mine went on holiday to New York over the new year and she brought me back a Hulk picture! I'm not sure of the proper term for this kind but it was all metal. Funny thing is, on looking at it, there were signs of wear, like the paint had been chipped away. Turns out it was purposefully done that way to give it that 'retro look.'
She got it for me because she knew I was into comics.
Actually I haven't read that much Hulk, apart from the odd strip that was part of my neighbor's Spiderman comics.* (I used to swap him my Beano for his Spiderman.) I felt pretty chuffed with it though! (It's on my wall now.)
*Oh I read the first volume of the The Ultimates too, but I didn't like their depiction of Hulk very much. Was the original Hulk that homicidal? I remember him getting angry and yelling "HULK SMASH" a lot but he rarely actually killed anyone that I remember. I really liked the cartoon and the series though (hence my recognizing grey Hulk Mr Fixit.)
Concerning the second picture, that Witchblade has got to be the sexiest superheroine isn't she? That's certainly a well sculpted booty.
Brainslinger - can you post a photo of the retro hulk? I'd love to see it.
I've read a little Hulk, way back at like issue 420 in 1994 or so ( I know because I have that very issue cgc'd ).
Um, that Mr Fixit Hulk... scary.
ETA : That faux statue is FATHOM ( not Witchblade ). Both very beautiful.

Oh, Sam, that is sweet! I hadn't seen it.
$225 is a little high for me... and it looks HUGE, where the heck could I put it?

aw man, when I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about DT comic statues
would be great if they made action figures from them!
anyway, carry on
Some are born to sweet delight,
some are born to the endless night.
The Hulkbuster Bust wasn't anything to sneeze at either.

Sam - That is just a cool looking statue. I noticed Sideshow is getting really aggressive with their IronMan busts and statues. I bet they have 20 different IronMan items. I know they have a helmet there for about $450 !
Chap - Oh, I wish. Should there ever be any - we'll post them, and let everyone know, for sure!

Ok, when I find my digital camera. I did think to do it, but as it's a picture not a sculpture, I wondered if I should. (But since you started this thread, and you'd like to see it...)
Oh, ok. I wasn't sure who it was to be honest, but thought from the armour it was the first Witchblade lady. (Although the armour usually partly covers her, erm.. you know... in her 'semi naked' pictures.)ETA : That faux statue is FATHOM ( not Witchblade ). Both very beautiful.
Here's one I found. Just for you Pam.
