There's a party that wanted to protest against muslims and burn the Coran but got stopped by the authorities. (The article itself is a bit of a mess IMO)
Other people took the announcement for granted to protest against the Covid measures taking by the authorities, such as a curfew. Closing down stores, wearing mouthmasks and those kind of things.
I live about a eight minute drive away from it but i'll stay in doors with my family.

Well, I got a very good start on my new "Library". Moved the existing cases to the new room, du8sted and cleaned everything and moved TMSG'S (Yes that's plural) to their new perch with RF, JC some Overlook mugs, IT snowglobe, Halloween Snowglobe etc. Real good start with the new counter top and draws I'm very happy so far. Still waiting for a new bookcase, lamp and some drapes, but all in all an excellent beginning. The old room will also be available for my Yankee memorabilia, framed front pages and Yankee stadium blueprints signed by, Jolting Joe!! I will still need shelving in there for thesigned balls & Hat, Bobble heads on one wall and Star Wars figues and memorabilia on another. Have I mentioned how great a wife I have lately??? lol A man cave and a library of Stephen King collectibles!!! It's an ongoing project which should be completed by the spring when I'll be able to start taking and posting pics once again!!! One very happy camper!!!

I’m feeling awful for my youngest son right now. He’s had a constant headache since November. On a 10 point pain scale he has never been below a 6. This past week he’s been at a 9, which has led to two ER visits. Getting migraine cocktails fed through an IV reduced the pain for about 12 hours, and then they spiked again to stabbing pains in his head. So the doctors want him to spend the weekend in the hospital for evaluations.
The doctors have no idea what the cause is. His classmate had Covid when he started to get sick, but he tested negative - Twice. So it’s completely baffling why he’s been in so much pain all this time.
Sorry to hear that. Hope he's better soon!
