Check day one - Tracking number provided, package not yet picked up by (Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS)
Check day three - Tracking number provided, package not yet picked up by (Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS)
Check day five - Tracking number provided, package not yet picked up by (Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS)
Check day six - Package received by (Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS), No set delivery date scheduled.
I'd rather not be notified until what I sent for was on the truck and on its way!

That can be irritating.
When they are shipping a large volume of books: they have to create the labels, package the books, pallet those packages and have the provider receive them.
That's time consuming.
Their messaging could be better. I know that Brian at Lividian usually tells us that he is printing labels but the package might not ship for a week.
Keeping us informed about what is actually happening is helpful.

I misunderstood.
They might have something similar happening with their shipping process. Almost a week does seem long to get it shipped after sending a notice though.

Bronx Bomber, the infamous "Haven Fund Wonder Dog" has passed into that great back yard in the sky. "Bomber" was 16 years old and succumbed to several ailments including bad hips. "Bomber" helped raise over $100K during the "Haven Fund" years and will be greatly missed. It's a shame he did not make it to see, Judge hit number 62!!! He had a spot on the couch for games.
