Hey there, just thought I'd pop in to see if there was anybody willing to play some "Gunslingers and Muties".
How did you discover the Dark Tower?
Quite by accident really. Found a used copy of The Gunslinger while rummaging for more of the classic SK stuff. Read it a couple of times and after a couple of years found out that it was part of a series much to my surprise. A coworker loaned me the other three that were published at the time. Now I have various editions of the series that give the collection the appearance of a patchwork quilt.
Who is your favorite charcter?
Eddie Dean.
What is your favorite book?
Drawing of the Three. I like origin stories and I really consider The Gunslinger more of a preamble. DotT gets the ball rolling.

How did you discover the Dark Tower? I was first introduced to this series of books through my local comic store. I bought the "Gunslinger Born" hardcover from Marvel, and found it interesting enough to buy "The Gunslinger" novel. I read through it in about two days, and I was hooked.
Who is your favorite charcter? The Man in Black, of course!
What is your favorite book? The Waste Lands.

HEY EVERYONE! I just joined yesterday and I'm so glad I found you guys! I'm completely addicted to the series- I've been an avid SK reader for EVER- I collect his books and my goal's to have a double set of everything- one in hardcover to sit and look pretty, and one in softcover to read... In my opinion, there's nothing more beautiful than a WELL READ BOOK!!!
