I'm a die-hard Poison Ivy girl all the way. I especially love the way Bruce Timm draws her. He also does a mean Harley Quinn.
Also, while not a "superhero" per say, what about Death from the Sandman series? I've always found her really sexy in that gothic-type way.

My, my she's a well endowed young (or is she old being a vampire?) lady.
There's some suggestion that she was copied from 2000 AD's Durham Red... although the creator denies it. (He's probably telling the truth. It's not a stretch to come by that look for a vampire chick.)
Rayne beats Red in the bossom size department in that picture though. Red's got the face though. (Although to be fair she looked different in the older Strontium Dog strips.)

I try not to be nitpicky, but I have to say: I think it's spelt orion. And how do we know Kirk didn't have an affair with one before the original series? (I haven't seen the new ST film yet, but that does sound a bit tacky though. Much as I'm interested to see what orion slave girls look like in the new film.)
But yes, She-Hulk is very sexy.
I find it curious how the, er, 'curve size' of various female super-heroes seems to change from artist to artist. Seriously, look at the one with the guns, and the last one. Both are very sexy in different ways though. (Unusual to see a US Superhero armed though. )
