Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.
Haha...you guys are doing a good job of making sure these variants boost Grant's overall profit margin! How many others have you stored away?
Karen, if you won't divulge the high bid, can you at least tell us whether or not it went to a TDT.com member? (not asking for names)
I would place my bet on Bob
Damn - I wish I had seen this. That was cool of you to offer to us Karen...
Congrats, Bob, that's an awesome and so unique item!

Nice Bob. Congrats
Dragline : Nothin'. A handful of nothin'. You stupid mullet head. He beat you with nothin'. Just like today when he kept comin' back at me - with nothin'.
Luke : Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.
Congrats Bob a very neat and unusual item
Congratulations, Bob!

Hey guys I'm really hurting financially. I've been falling behind the last couple of months and this month I just can't make it. So I am trying to get rid my copy of:
The Stand Limited for $1,500
This is $600 less than what I paid for it. Let me know if interested, I am only going to keep it around for about 24-48 hours then it goes on eBay, as I gotta sell it.
The condition is Fine: never read.
Geoff
Great deal on that one Geoff. Sorry to hear your falling behind - I'm in the same boat right now. Hence my copy of the Salem's Lot S/L is on eBay. It was that or my copy of the Stand.
Either way, even in this economy you shouldn't have a problem moving it at that price - best of luck!
I'd love to help you out (this sounds a bit weird under the circumstances but you know what I mean), but I can't afford it, right now. If I had known a couple of months ago, I would have saved the money I now spent on a lot of other books, because if there's a S/L I'd love to own, it's this one
Anyway, I hope things will work out for you, Geoff.
- Michaël
If I didn't think my wife would kill me, I'd buy it. Best of luck, Geoff. Hope things take a turn for the better quickly.

Damn - thats a great price.
Thanks for the sediments guys. And it looks like someone bit. So I'm glad to see a fellow DT fan get this book at an awesome price!
Geoff
Congrats to you both then!
I'm sorry times are bad for you Geoff (and Eric). And I'm sorry y'all are having to sell books, but I'm glad this has found a good home and that you were able to sell it.
got this unusaul one up from a private collection...

The previous owner must have had it rebound. Interesting!
John
Wow, thats one of the nicer looking rebound books I've seen! Real or bonded leather? Do you know?
