When will CD start shipping 20th Century Ghosts?

Not sure how Cemetery Dance is going to handle this, but there's a pre-order page for The Stand that's live right now and it says it's for "invitation only" and to not share the link.

It has the gift and artist numbered editions available for pre-order. The link is being shared on one of the facebook groups and people are ordering it. I didn't order anything because I didn't get an invitation. Not sure if those orders from other people that didn't get the invite will be canceled or not.

I could be totally wrong but I don’t think at this point people sharing the link is really the main issue. I mean I know it says don’t share the link but you can literally just google it and find the link and place an order. I don’t know if it’s an error on their end or what. I feel like if it was it would have been fixed by now. You can get to the link through google since last night and it’s still available now

When will CD start shipping 20th Century Ghosts?

It's going to be a little while. When it rains it pours at CD. So Night Shift AE's start shipping next week and will probably take us through the end of the month. Not counting Night Shift I have about 8 or 9 assorted titles from other publishers and CD titles to ship that all arrived during or just before shipping Night Shift. My best educated guess is sometime in February, just not sure specifically when.

I would guess early 2023 based on prior experience. No way does this book see the light of day this year.

Yeah I think that's the best course of action so when people plop down their money during the public pre-order they won't be waiting quite as long for it to be published.

Dark Regions Press does that. I'm sure there's others that do that as well.

The book itself has been proofread a dozen times now and I think it is good to go, although I'm paranoid about such matters. Especially SK books, which seem to have a hypnotic effect on the proofreaders. The file we designed from wasn't in a modern format, so there were lots of little glitches to catch.

One last set of signature sheets is with an artist, but I believe he's moving on them as fast as he can. These are the second set he has had to sign -- the first set got lost in transit, apparently. Otherwise, everything would be all set.
