That's not a proof I think

I think this seller just copied this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PROMO-ITEM-S...p2047675.l2557
"One day you're going to figure out that everything they taught you was a lie."
Not a terribly expensive proof, but another to add to my collection
And the letter
Nice, Dan. Don't know that I've seen that proof around here yet!
Congrats Dan! I didn't realize that was being published by Pegasus Books...just sent in my review copy request. Sounds like a great book!

Cool! Mine should be arriving any day now
Wanted list:

Just confirmed...mine's in the mail too! Woohoo!
Speaking of proofs.....I hate storing mine in the magazine bags and taping up the sides, etc to make it look presentable on the shelf. Are there any other alternatives people use to properly store Proofs?
~Jonathan
Don't waste space.
First eliminate/discriminate, then evacuate
6 months after publication 90% should be donated to a library or put in a recycle bin.
General rule of thumb is that if no buyer wants it for $5 plus shipping (Media Mail), then donate/recycle.
Then you store the proofs much like any other paperback (upright, tightly compacted, low dust, low light).
The Shining Cemetery Dance Proof. Currently at $128. reserve unknown

Thanks for posting Shac, any member I will do 10% of listed or reserve price using goods and services PayPal.
Does the proof contain After the Play?
That's what I thought. That makes it an even more interesting collectible.
I have a general request to all the kind folks on here: is anyone willing to do the maintenance work for the Proof/Manuscripts Catalog from now on? I built the framework for the Proofs Catalog a couple of years ago and updated many of the entries when new items were discovered or became available. But I haven't updated the Catalog in a while, mainly because I don't collect proofs of the newer books myself. Also, I simply have less time to spend online than I did a couple of years ago.
I know that others have already contributed to the Catalog so I don't mean to imply that I'm the only one doing the 'hard' work! But you know what I mean...
I might be interested. Send me a PM with some details of what needs to be done.
"One day you're going to figure out that everything they taught you was a lie."
I am not a proof collector but if anyone sends me the information I don't mind updating the pages.
Thanks guys. I messaged Paul and I guess the Catalog will be alright
It's not a lot of work but for the sake of continuity it's better if someone else takes over.
