Dark Tower Football Pick Contest is COMING!!!
Let's start the hype! In just a few short weeks, the National Football League regular season will be kicking off. So will the Third Annual Football Pick Contest.
We've been hosting this for a while and we want the rules to be simple.
1. Anyone can play
2. Anyone can win!
Unlike most sports contests, we don't play around with "odds" and "spreads." We just go with a basic Win/Loss format and it seems to work well. Last years contest was the closest we've ever had, with a tie for 1st place overall!
Here's a basic layout of what will happen:
Approximately 1 week prior to the first game on Thursday, September 4th, I'll post a thread listing all the games for Week 1. All you have to do is pick the winner of each game. We'll continue that all the way through the Super Bowl. I'll go more into detail later.
The main focus is to get as many people involved and keep it simple. If you plan to join in, just pop in here and let me know. We'll make a note and be sure to remind you when the official thread is up.
