Signed : "For Jeremy, Friendly, Bernard". The doodle represents GAIA, which is a main character of this book titled "The voice of Earth", by Bernard Werber.

He always writes stories that are "quite different", dealing with ideology, science, religion and other stuff like this. And he also often doodle books that he signs, with something related to his books (ants, small genetically created small humans, trees, butterflies..)

It's the other way around. The Web site that you have linked to above has applied a web kit style to it. If you take a look at the page through a chrome developer mode, you will see that the raw image is actually the same as it is being displayed here.

I have a lettered edition of this book on order, so I'm glad to get an early peek at the content.

I dont see why the hosting/ftp would turn it... but it may be the case...
