I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Quick shipping and the best packing I have ever received. In the age of the dreaded padded envelope, this book came with protective cardboard placed around it, in a bag, in a box, surrounded by packing peanuts and in another box.

congrads on the UTD proof... the midlife one is pretty rare too, i found one years ago, but haven't seen any since. the rock bottom remainders (minus king-who obviously hates texas) played at the texas book festival a few years ago and i got all of them to sign my proof copy. several of them said that they had never seen a proof themselves, and didn't even know it existed.I haven't posted any new purchases recently

Thank you. It is interesting that you say that as I had never thought about a proof of this book before I viewed the photos of your collection a couple of years ago. Ever since it has always been on my radar.
