Yes, ma'am! Work has been slow and is only going to get slower for the near future so I've had lots of time on my hands. I usually watch several hours worth a day before moving on to murder porn as my son calls it. I've a huge fan of true crime docs. I'm going to watch Revenge of the Sith again before I move on to Rebels. I feel it will fall perfectly in place between the two.
On a side note, I rewatched the sequels and sorry, Mae but they are terrible to me. A few fun and sad moments here and there, but I don't feel anything for the new cast members. Doubt I'll ever revisit them.

That is sad about the sequels. But like I said, I believe with time and other stories that flesh those stories out more, they will rise in appreciation, much like the prequels. And yes, the latter part of Season 7 happens concurrently with Episode 3.
I'm about to give Star Wars: Fallen Order a go. Curious to see the stories it tells post ROTS.
4 episodes to go in TCW. Which I'll get to after this post. I watched the first video you posted above, Mae regarding TCW and I have gotten attached the clones that have been front and center in the series. I've really felt for their losses throughout the series. Something the movies were sadly lacking in but probably didn't have time to flesh out.

Looking forward to The Bad Batch. I'm already missing the boys of the 501st and 212th. I watched the Rebel Shorts last night also and I just don't know if it's going to be too kiddie for me.
Proud girl Dad moment this evening while I was nerding out with my adult daughter for about 30 minutes discussing Mando and my watching of The Clone Wars. I introduced her to the originally trilogy when she was 7 years old and she fell in love with it. Grandbaby #3 is due to arrive in June and I told her we have to ensure he's strong with The Force

Your daughter sounds amazing! And I'm sure Baby Yoda will be as well!
Rebels does start out kiddish, just like Clone Wars. But then Ahsoka comes back. And other familiar faces. It's worth it, trust me. I'm so happy you made it this far though! Have you rewatched Episode 3? What are your thoughts on Clone Wars overall now that you've seen it, and if it helped your understanding of the prequels and even the new stuff like Mando?
Also, Brian, if this is true, then Rebels is just as essential as Clone Wars:
It seemed that way from Ahsoka's episode in Mando, but getting some more leaks around that makes sense.
Thank you! She is amazing! Ok, you finally managed to win me over with that Baby Yoda comment
TCW over all was great! I passed the handy dandy list on to my daughter and she's going to start watching it soon. I did rewatch Episode 3 and wasn't very impressed still. TCW is just so good that it is what the prequels should have been. I think my enjoyment of it actually hurt the prequels more than I came to appreciate them. It definitely helped me a lot with Mando for sure. I'm going to go back and rewatch Mando as I think I'll have even a better appreciation for it now. I'll push through with Rebels as I trust your judgment when it comes to the animated stuff. Resistance looks to be super kiddish though so that might be a tough sale.
I also finished up the book Dooku: Jedi Lost and it provided a lot of info as well. I'm currently reading the Ahsoka book.

Awesome! Yes, Resistance (sequel era) and Forces of Destiny (all eras) are definitely geared much more toward kids. If you're bored and need to kill some time, it's worth a try (Forces of Destiny is micro episodes, flies by quickly), I like anything Star Wars (I watched the recent Lego Holiday Special and loved it). But you should be okay skipping those. For the books, the Thrawn books are probably your next best bet.

Just an FYI my grandson and I have started an amatuer figures/lego collection. we're kind of focusing on "The Mandalorian", but not limited to it. Anyway, we were searching and came across what seems like a valuable resource for this stuff and I thought I'd share it for anyone collecting the same or thinking about it.

It's called "Pulse", but it's, Hasbro Direct" so it's a safe resource. We've already made some purchases. Baby Yoda, Mos Gideon, Luke, Han and Darth have been secured. Also got a cool talking Grogu last year on pre-order. Nice packing and reliable shipping.
