Letti, almost nothing is known about Aileen.
In the original Gunslinger she was mentioned as Roland's love. In the revised that's removed I think & there's a reference to Roland dancing with her at a ball in Gilead. & that's all from the actual DT Books.
All other info (cannon or not?) comes from the other books (which I haven't read either)

Oh so that's why I didn't recognize her either. I haven't read those yet, and I had no memory of her even being mentioned in The Gunslinger.Those are great, you guys!
