Interesting to see Moonlight and Boyhood in the same poll. They are two films that get compared fairly often. I believe we just had a discussion recently regarding those two films.

We did. You accepted how utterly wrong you were about Boyhood and apologized to everyone. Profusely.

We all had beers afterward. It was great.

Well, it's early but Moonlight has more votes! I'm sure the main character is sulking somewhere. It's the only emotion the kid could show in 12 years. Where is that actor now, I wonder?

Sad to see Trouble With the Curve going down. A really charming Eastwood film. A wonderfully nostalgic contrast to Moneyball.

I thought this movie would do better. I think it just fell into an unfortunate grouping.
Hearts are tough, she said, most times hearts don't break, and I'm sure that's right . . . but what about then? What about who we were then? What about hearts in Atlantis?
