    I thought Overlord was way better than it had any right to be. A really good B-style genre film.

    As for Goodnight Mommy, I own it, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

    I watched Goodnight Mommy last night. I know it's not going to make a difference, but for bookkeeping purposes, you can add a vote for me, please.

    I didn't love the film, but it's worthy. I thought the film took a really long time to get going in the beginning. I also didn't think it was very scary. I remember when it was out people were talking about it being really scary. I honestly can't understand where that notion would come from after watching the film.

    Also, I put things together way too early.

    Glad you enjoyed it. I definitely wouldn't consider Goodnight Mommy a scary movie, and I also figured out early on what was going on, but it was still a really interesting film.

    Yeah, for sure. I don't think the film really was meant to live off of that plot point. I think it was more about what that meant to the family dynamic. I don't consider it a horror film. It's a thriller to me.

    I went to watch it the other night but it was only available on Prime (which I don't have). My vote wouldn't have mattered anyway, but I would've liked to catch it before it was voted out. I'll still watch it, though.
