Is anyone else having issues getting the site's home page to load?

My bookmark points directly to http://www.thedarktower.org and off an on for the last week I've been getting errors when I try to load it.

Safari says the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.
Chrome says the site can't be reached. The connection was reset
Firefox also says the connection was reset.

If I go directly to https://www.thedarktower.org/palaver the site loads immediately.
