What more do you need?
Well i can't seem to get onto the Overlook website
I think this is weird too. I bit the bullet and ordered one through Dave at The Overlook against my better judgement. As you say, there is nothing at all on the Mysterious Press/Bookstore site about this title. I bought it for my Peter Straub collection but there are some other pretty good authors signing this one.
Does anyone here collect Frank Baum's Oz books?
I found some old editions with color plates that I think might be worth something, but theres so many editions out there I'm having trouble identifying them.
This site may lead you down the Yellow Brick Road...

I've tried to load that site but nothing happens. It just shows as loading.

For the Bradbury collector, I have a new book that I am really excited about.
The Bleeding Edge Anthology deluxe limited edition. Here is the details of the book:
Edited by William F. Nolan and Jason V Brock. SIGNED by 23 contributors. Separate signature page for each author. Handcrafted Deluxe Hardcover with dust jacket; cover and interior art by Kris Kuksi. Foreword by S. T. Joshi.
A landmark anthology: contains original, never before published works by Ray Bradbury, Gary A. Braunbeck, Jason V Brock, Christopher Conlon, Norman Corwin, Cody Goodfellow, Earl Hamner, George Clayton Johnson, Nancy Kilpatrick, Joe R. Lansdale, Richard Matheson, Richard Christian Matheson, Lisa Morton, Kurt Newton, William F. Nolan, Dan O'Bannon, Frank M. Robinson, John Shirley, James Robert Smith, Steve Rasnic Tem, and John Tomerlin. Both editions feature opaque vellum pages, printed with 100% vegetable inks using windpower; printed and bound in the USA.
The Deluxe Edition features are different from the Trade Hardcover as follows:
A reading ribbon; high-end foil-stamped faux leather binding; specialty endpapers; hand-bound sewn and adhesive;
individual author signature sheets; seven interior illustrations, five in full color; numbered
This book sold out before publication. I was able to convince a bookseller to part with his own personal copy. This edition is going to be extremely hard to find. There is only 75 Deluxe edition for sale. Even the trade edition is only 400 copies. One cool feature of the edition is the that each author has their own signature sheet, right before their story in the book. The endpapers are raised alligator patterns. A very cool book!.
Found a 1st edition Wonderful Wizard of Oz for you.

This one is still absurdly high, but at the very least demonstrates how delusional the first seller is.

That's marvelous, Bradbury's signature is far better than most (living ) people at ~89 years old.

Thanks Jerome, I m very excited to own this edition. All of the stories are original and unpublished before too!.
In fact, Los Angeles is planning a huge celebration for Bradbury's 90th birthday come this August. They will have some events for 'Bradbury week' 22-28 Aug. I am going to meet him in June for a signing and I hope to have another opportunity to see him in August.

I got this proof of LEGACIES by F. Paul Wilson yesterday. Published in 1998 it is the first of many sequels to THE TOMB featuring one of my favorite literary characters, Repairman Jack. It is a cool book but it also had a surprise tucked inside.
Tucked inside was this letter to King from David Hartwell. I guess this was King's copy of the book at one time.
Very nice.
It sounds like Kings copy to me.
I wonder if Tabitha had a yard sale?

That was a nice surprise! Congratulations!
Ricky, F. Paul Wilson is a great writer. His Repairman Jack series is well worth reading.

That is very nice. Wonder how the book could have been in the bookseller's possesion?.
